We held the 2nd Pan-Taihu Pediatric Forum and signed the cooperative intention agreement with Boston Children’s Hospital

On June 21, the 2nd Pan-Taihu Pediatric Forum opened at the Suzhou International Expo Center. As an important sub-activity of the 3rd China-US Health Cooperation Forum in 2019, the forum invited well-known experts from various fields of the industry to gather in Suzhou to share new technologies and concepts in the field of pediatrics in clinical, scientific research and teaching.


The forum was hosted by the Suzhou Medical Association and organized by the Children's Hospital of Soochow University from June 21st to 23rd.


The opening ceremony was presided over by Lu Zuyuan, secretary of the Party Committee of hospital. Cao Houling, deputy mayor of Suzhou, Hu Yin, vice president and secretary general of Jiangsu Medical Association, Bu Qiu, deputy director of Suzhou Health and Health Committee, Michael Gillespie, vice president of Boston Children's Hospital, and Aditya AK, deputy director of cardiac surgery at Boston Children's Hospital. Kaza, Debra Boyer, deputy director of the Lung Disease Department at Boston Children's Hospital, Wang Jian, director of the hospital, and other pediatricians from across the country attended the conference.


After the opening ceremony, we held a signing Ceremony of the Boston Children's Hospital - Children's Hospital of Soochow University Cooperative Intention. Michael Gillespie introduced the basic situation of Boston Children's Hospital. In the future, the two sides will cooperate in the diagnosis and treatment of children's blood, cancer and heart disease, and promote the international development of regional pediatrics.
